We have the same network and I got his IP, how do I make a message display on his screen? I want to do like "I am watching you mwhahahah >.>" lololol

How do I do it in the CMD?

Or VB6?

Code:
My.Computer.Network.Ping("WHAT DO I PUT HERE!? THE MESSAGE!?")

you have to host a "Server" on your computer and a client on his or vice versa. So you have to get your program running without him knowing...

You can go to your friends computer and enable the service windows messenger or just messenger service. This service will act as a server, then you can send messages from your remote computer with net send.

eh. if you use *, it sends it to all ip's so you would get in trouble.
and... to start the service
look into net start
i would.
since his ip's on your tcp,
try doing something like
net send /domain:ipthingy "lolihasaids"

it SHOULD work, but your domain might be gay and give you access error 5 ):
