Cheat Engine

I'm almost done every campaign in Soldiers: Heroes of World War 2 except for the British campaign. I'm stuck on the "Rescue" mission. I can't get the plane to come in. Everywhere I've Googled says "to put the firewood in the 'black circles'" and light them up there.

I cannot for the life of me see what they are referring to. Help?

Youtube has some walkthroughs, but it doesn't have this level.

Again, that "clue" speaks of "black spots" in the field to put the fires in, but I don't see them.

(BTW, I don't think the Strategy section has enough visitors to get me an answer)

EDIT: I REALLY don't get why this isn't working.

One of the walkthrough sites says to light fires in the dark spots highlighted here:

Despite doing this (Screenshot below), the next trigger won't activate. Does anyone here actually have this game?
