BIOS problem? if it's not clocking up in 3d, call XFX, default clocks are definitely 850 / 975.

you'll probably end up flashing it.

your core clocks are already past spec, so you can probably overclock the difference back either way, though voltages / timings may be off if its the wrong BIOS, which has happened to ATI in the past, though i don't remember for what models.

Its just ilding, wheh im not in a game it sits 500mhz core 650 mem

Trust me, it's just in idling mode. Run FurMark in windowed mode and then let atitool sit in the background
