hi - can any one tell me how to block a serecived packet with a rage like if i

want to block all that start with 00 0D 80 00 00 00 - somthing else can i

recive a packet? i know how to send but can i recive too? - also can i modefi

a recived packet to a sent packet?

can i block the recived packets of a knowen size? or name?

(sorry for the bad language n thanks for help - it would be great if u add a pic =D)
