Can this program help me with IMVU in anyway at all and also does anyone know how to hack a account that was hacked by someone else? a friend of mine get her account hacked and she lost all her money so i want to help her out in anyway i can.

No, Cheat Engine can't help you retreive 'hacked' accounts. It can't hack accounts either.
