It's winter, and it's usually about 0 to -10F lately. I have an entrance to my basement from the outside that doesn't close well, and I keep finding kittens in my basement that look like they're about a month old, 3 so far. All of them have had worms, which will probably kill them if not treated.
I have athsma and the cat I have currently bugs me, so bringing any more cats into the house is out of the question. Taking them to the animal shelter will probably end in them being put down if they aren't adopted soon.
What the fuck do I do?

What worms are they?
Post ads online if they want kittens and ask other people you know.

Kick them out and bolt your door closed.
Should solve your cat problem and that drafty basement

Find out what worms they have so you know if there deady contagious or anything. With little children living in your house, deseased animals, like cats, most likely with fleas isnt a good idea.
I suggest you put adds in your local penny saver or news paper if your not going to take them to the Shelter. After all, cats, not to mention stray untrained kittens, are hard work, and usually troublesome if your not home or busy a lot.

If you want the best for the kittens, obviously shopping around for someone to adopt them is the best choice. Most shelters and rescue groups are going to be crowded as shit which means you might get put on a waiting list. Of course if nobody adopts it in so much time, said animal is toast.
Though no-kill shelters do exist

Try to find people through mouth-to-mouth who are able to take them in, Post ads online, ask neighbors... Not much more you can do if keeping them and animal shelters are out of the question (this last one I agree with you).

Well, my neighbors took one of them, and I took two of them to a no-kill animal shelter, hopefully they find good homes.
It looks like there was an entire litter born outside or thrown outside, so I'm sure I haven't seen the last of them.

Lol.
And animal shelters are usually the best places to go with, even if they do need to be put down, its quick and painless and saves them a life of suffering.

| Yah the animal shelter would probably be the best place for them to go if they dont get put down they could get treatment for the worms. And as stated before it's quick and painless.
