I've been sick for the past 2 days, and since day 1 my chest has been hurting like a bitch. I'm generally not overweight, but i get almost absolutely no exercise. Right now it feels like my heart is getting pushed from all sides, and it stings sometimes. How do i know if i have chronic circulatory complications, such as heart disease?

Well, you'd have to go to a doctor and get tested, the internet can't directly help you find out what specific disease you have if you even have one. It could just be that you're sick and were experiencing heartburn simultaneously.

I used to get heartburn a lot, turns out it was the way I was sitting in my chair (leaning forward slightly compressing my upper chest). Try laying down for a while, drink water, maybe a motrin.

For the record, crushing pains on your chest is the main symptom of cardiac arrest, if you ever go into the emergency ward of your hospital complaining of this, they will rush you in there so quick.
