Game: EU2 (Europa Universalis 2)

i know its not the newest game, for sure it doesnt matter... Very Happy

now to my problem:

im looking for a pointer for some days i searched alot in the forum/google for examples but i didnt found a helpfull tut... i hope you can help me...

Like i said i was looking for a tut or something but i didnt found the answer for this problem, and i tried a lot of things for nothing -.-... maybe i have to calc?

There's a tutorial on under the tutorials section at CheatHappens that uses CE. Scroll down to the bottom of the guide where it says "real game hacking." Follow that part of the tut. It may not help you with what you're currently trying to do, but code injection might be an easier solution.
