I hacked someone's paypal, and he got ONLY 1.47 CAD! FUCKING AWESOME! >.>

Anyway, what can I buy using that shitty amount, and should I use it, even if it's too low for fuck's sake?

Look if the account is linked to a bank account. You can buy stuff and it will get withdrawn from the bank account. Don't forget to proxy.

Its most likely you cant spend the money even if you tried.
I may have acquired accounts with ~20$ on them but was unable to use it.
