AMD Athlon 64X2 dual
Core Processor 5600+
2.81GHz , 3.5GB of ram even though i put in 4 gb -__-

video card:
radeon hd 3600

any upgrade suggestions

I need faster internet

i got a new cable and the driver was the most compatable but the speed is the same what do i do now -__-
