Can sendinput be used to send keystrokes to programs with directinput?
If yes, does gg blocks it?
If yes again, can we use the same way to bypass PostMessage to bypass sendinput?

hmm, maybe.

but DI expects scan-codes, not virtual keys.

No. SendInput is hooked in ring0 too.
