Hi,
I want to program something which can automatically write chat messages to my hard disk because i want to see those chat when i am afk. But I really cannot find the addresses of those memory regions which store chat messages. For now, I can only find the address of hp mp, and possible coordinate and mobID. Any help is really appreciated.

you can log packets.
find the packet of the chat you receive and log it.

other ways involve hooking, it may even bee simpler then that in certain cases.

Can I find the chat information in the memory addresses?
Also, generally, in a game, the structure is like:

struct myself{
name, hp, mp, position, ...
...
...}
struct player1{
name, hp, mp, position, ...
]
...
struct mob1{
ID, hp, position, ...
}
...
struct chatMessage{
PM, guildChat, ...
line1, line2, ...
}

Is this right?

So does this mean that I need to find the base address of the structure that hold the chat messages?[/code]
