You could use either wine or Wine, but understand one simple thing: Linux is not Windows. You cannot discredit it for what it cannot run that was designed for another operating system. Linux is good for servers and low-end computers, and that's about it.

#1 Like to stream media to other devices
#2 Don't mind to Wine for a few games
#3 Like an expandable working environment
#4 Enjoy working with good editors like VIM
#5 Would like full control over your desktop using Beryll or Compiz Fusion
#6 Prefer an environment that has everything Windows has, but for free
#7 Wish to install software using one simple piece of software: Aptitude
#8 Are not technically retarded

I just install Ubuntu through VMWare, it's fast and all that shit, but i love knowing i can switch to a windows whenever i want
