My internet fucking sucks, my max is 250 KB/s. So I was downloading MW2 on Steam, which is around 11GB. I left my computer on for 14 hours and it was at 62%. Then my brother came and turned my computer off because the slow loading speed of web pages annoyed him. It's back to 0% now.

I know how you feel, 75kb was max once and my sister turned it off when i was at 76% downloading tf2.

Steam doesn't have to be constantly on to download, it pauses til you turn your PC back on.

Not always, if you have been downloading non-stop then it goes away completely if you turn off your PC
