Depends on what other components you have in your PC. Neutral List the other things you have?

I have a Compaq presario sr1603wm, but i added some different things. First was the processor i upgraded it to a 64 x2 3800+ I looked online and read somewhere that at load its 50w, i got rid of the 80gb hard drive and threw in a 320 GB sata hard drive, I really couldn't find how much watts it took, but I did find that on read/write it draws around 8w. I don't know if that's what i need to be looking at. and then for that graphics card I'm buying, I read its around 70w on load.

So far that's around ~130w right? I have no idea how much the rest of the things in my computer need. whats left is the cd/dvd drive, the ram, motherboard, on-board graphics card and I think that's it I can turn off the on board graphics in bios right? would it still be using power then? Sorry if I'm asking a dumb question, but do you think that the motherboard/ram/cd&dvd drive draws less then like 100w? if so does that mean my 250w psu could handle it? Thanks for your help
