Im trying to compile something ine Borland c++
i get this error

any solutions?

| Try to run the IDE as admin. Or if you're doing it command-line, run that elevated

ive got xp, so admin cant be the problem...
and im using it, cause a source is crated in it, so i need the vcl.h header
EDIT: Found it
