Don't eat. I swear, my friend is in year 6 (he's 12) and he barely eats anything at all, he weighs 30kg, and he has a flat 6 pack, not by doing countless sit-ups, but by not eating.
It just can't be healthy, so next time you see a photo of a model with a flat 6 pack, don't marvel at them.
Just laugh at them.

Funny things is, you can see my ribs, you can see my upper two abs and I have a belly underneath it. How weird is that?
