well, it looks like during one of norton's auto run virus detection scan it picked up on this particular file and 'cleaned by deletion.'
w7 os x64.

and you wonder why I dislike anti virus tools ?
next time, uninstall norton or tell it to NOT automatically clean stuff. Disabling the resident scan helps a lot as well
Anyhow, dbk32.sys isn't important for you since you're using x64 (for the advanced hacking tools you need a 32-bit os)

I had this problem, too, and I added the whole directory of CE to the exclusions under the file system protection.
Suprisingly, Symantec Antivirus cleaned it on next boot (again, despite my efforts).
Why?
Because you need to configure exclusions for the startup scan, too - separately from the normal file system protection.
