Cheat Engine

I tried to get as much info into one picture as i could.
As you can see, i'm trying to edit address OOB9CC18. the 1.12 is the value i want to change.
If i just change that value, nothing happens.
When i do a search for what writes to this address, i get two results, this is the second result. this one looks more like what is found in the tutorials.
If I do a 4Byte Hex search for 00B9CBEE - it find's nothing.

Can someone help me find what it is i need to be able to change this value?
