Depends on how much you spend on a PC. But if you gonna compare it with todays console, then you gotta compare the consoles with the same price-range of a computer. Since a ps3 120gig now is ~220usd and a xbox elite 120g ~180usd, then you gotta compare it with a ~-180-220usd PC which gonna suck balls.
Otherwise you can just compare it with a 10000usd NASA computer/inb4flames.

And there is no solid facts when its just saying your opinion. Almost always it comes down to using a mouse or controller? Since PCs can do both I guess its better that way.
