How do I create like the perfect turret that will do everything? The only turrets I have been able to make are ones where they fire when it crosses the ranger, but I have to steer them.

Yeah, I have been wondering, too. I always wonder how everybody does it when they type "!attack YOURNAME" and the turret keeps killing you.

Perhaps expressions.

Try vector turrets. (youtube "Gmod Vector turret")

You can use vector turrets on vehicle too if you like, using yaw/pitch inputs linked to bearing/elevation.

Easy way to create a basic floor shooter turret that follows is with wiremod.

Axis a box to the earth
use beacon sensor + locator
Some chips
2 thrusters
1 turret
wire it all up
Bingo.
