Can't find anywhere that offers a large variety of windows 7 skins? Where the hell do you find them?

Nobody seems to get it. I am not talking about themes. I am using the windows 7 theme. I am looking for other aero skins. And I am talking about a normal taskbar to a custom one. If you understand what I mean.
