I get those error messages about every 20 minutes while torrenting. It's quite annoying and stops my torrent.

To add to the problem, I recently got a new hard-drive and it kicked the old one (where the torrent was downloading to) from G:/ to H:/, so it has to check. And at about 60% on the data check I get the error, and have to start again.

Unless someone would like to say otherwise, yes. If you get the problem when it checks the file, obviously something is wrong with that file.

It's the whole hard-drive, it happens when copying large files.

It's a problem with the drive, not the torrent.

P.S. I already chkdsk'd.

Not sure if a format would fix this or not, but I'd try it? If it still keeps fucking up then someone with more experience with this needs to post, or you need to get a new drive.

I wouldn't doubt it.

Seagates are horrible.

Partition and back that shit up. Reformat the rest. If it has this problem with ALL large files its possibly a bad HDD.

Perform a drive fitness test, maybe the Lifeguard Diagnostic from WD.
