Using process explorer: interrupts and DPCs seem to be spiking from 0% to 2.31% (sometimes more/less) when my computer is not running any unnecessary programs
I believe it spikes even MORE when i play soldier front

While i play soldier front, my FPS will usually stay at 32fps (max is 32fps) but
every 1-2 mins, the fps goes down to around 20fps for around 30 seconds
and then goes back to 32 fps
repeat..

Im using vista and i tweaked many things including (disable useless processes and services) set to 16bit and lowest graphic settings with best/high performance, defragmented, gamebooster, set theme to windows classic

this never happened in windows XP (tweaked) which i had before my reformat which i no longer have and do not plan to install
this happened in vista (tweaked both times) before and after my reformat

Anything to disable/tweak to prevent my fps from dropping?

Also how do i fix the Hardware interrupts and DCPs CPU spiking?

I heard about xperf trace from another forum that fixed their problem, any idea?
