Is there anyway i can take a trainer that was made in Cheat Engine end compile it to a CT?

a lot of data is missing from a trainer like descriptions, but if you fill them in yourself, sure, you can

just get the sourcecode to figure out the data structures, then read them out from the trainer and convert it to a valid cheat table
