How do I cheat?

Whenever I scan on my Cheat engine 5.5. It never comes up with an address. I've checked millions of times and im sure im doing it right. But it still won't scan properly. What can i do to fix this. I've tried 5.4 but that don't work either. I have also tried uninstalling it and stuff.

Might be your AV. Try To reinstall without the AV active and make sure that you are an admin
