My Gums are Receding!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Receding_gums
It's fucking nasty. I brush my teeth twice a day, but I honestly never ever floss. I never thought it was that important. I noticed the receding a while ago, but I didn't think it was a big deal. Now I noticed that it's getting worse. So I'm going to start flossing twice a day, will this make them grow back? What do I need to do?
Things you should know:
-My teeth do NOT bleed after brushing.
-I do brush twice a day everyday, using Mouth Wash.
-I never use to floss, but I am starting to twice a day.
Anything you need to know? Post!

So your gum is coming off?
That's pretty nasty... you should really go see your local dentist, I don't think anyone can help you on this forum.

Perhaps you should read the treatment section in that wiki article.

Had same problem, so dentist told me to switch to "soft"-marked brushes. And now my teeths are perfectly healthy.

Exactly. In many situations this can be fixed by changing to a soft toothbrush. The hard ones are just too rough for your mouth :]

I see.. No my teeth aren't as bad as the pictures you see in Google. This only happened to one of my teeth. I'll try switching to a softer brissel.
