How do I reformat my laptop... it's broken.. I mean even if I turn it on the start up screen won't show because I think the system is broken...

Can you enter the BIOS? Reformat your HDD using a liveCD. Or jsut do a clean install of Win7/whatever your OS was, assuming you have the CD.

If nothing at all happens when you turn on the Computer, then reformatting it is not going to fix it let alone work.
