How to get good? I ragequit every game, i average let's see... 0-1 kills a game.

I suck at CSS aswell.
Only kind I was actually good at was the zombie maps.

Go to frag7's de_dust, take the M4A1+Deagle and just play. Instant respawn so you won't ragequit.
