Hi guys, well I'm starting to use this cheat engine I already did all the tutorials of the engine with some help actually but I think Im not extremely noob but I dont know why this is happening with this game. The problem is that when I finally find the pointer and everything is perfect but after the time of the game ends and it starts over the pointer becomes "??" and I say WTF? it is linked to a green address and it suppose to be static and never change right? but here comes the weird part where I say, Oh well.. i have to do it again and when I pressed "Find out What writes to this address" the pointer changes from "??" to the real value.. :S ... I am doing some wrong? or is there any option that i have to thick? BTW I am using the CE 6 beta because I have Windows 7 64bit and in this CE the debugger really works  .. But yeah please help me out guys Thanks.

| ummm well try finding the normal address think right click and click on "Pointer Scan This Address" or w.e its called then there should be one box that says"find only static address" and then you can change how deep you want to search depending on the game and how big it is depends on how big the search can be

I though no one was going to answer my question U_U... killmax thx for ur reply I will try it , anyways I did a video of the problem that I have, searching for coordinates with the brief tut I read here besides this is not the only pointer I have trouble with and thats why this is getting hard to me... please guys if you have any method to solve this plz help me ... The game I'm practicing my cheat skills is called Racing Stars from Alaplaya Thanks Guys!...

find another pointer, not all works, use pointer scan and wait till it finishes. then dont cancel CE, and make the time address change and find it again, then in pointer scan ( with all your previous results ), somewhere theres remove pointer not pointing to correct address , press it and it will ask to input your new address. input it and see if theres any pointer left.
if theres nothing, increase your pointer scan range ( more levels, bigger size(?), bigger address range )
edit : just saw your video, one of your green pointer is > 70000000 , i dont think that will work because those are system dlls not the game dlls, so they shouldnt have anything to do with the game data ( correct me if im wrong ), to use that method i think you would have to choose one of the black addresses and find what writes it too until you get a green address of game file. again im not sure, check the module of that address and see if its a system dll

Thanks dude!.. I was not aware of that ... as I said in the first post Im just beginning with cheats btw Thanks I will try to search more about system dlls and game dlls and do what you said Thx
