I got one with an annoying toolbar in explorers. Damnit.

I think I am going for UltraISO, I trust mah boi Hitman more.

Use WinRAR to open/extract .iso files.

Daemon Tools if you want to mount it.

ImgBurn to burn.

Mount them with Daemon Tools.

If you want to extract files, go to the virtual DVD drive > right click > open > extract what you want.
