I used Filezilla, latest version, and I also tried Firezilla, the firefox FTP client.
The username, password, address, port, it's all correct.
I get a 530 error wrong password EVERY TIME.
I went to live support, they said it was working fine, and they logged in from my username and pass and it worked.
It also works for other people that I let try it out.
BUT I CAN'T LOG IN.
WTF.
I don't have a firewall or anything, I went and turned on Windows Firewall and added Filezilla as an exception but it still won't work.
Any idea what the problem is?

Theres isnt any spaces in your pass. Make sure you are connecting to port 21. Also make sure the authentication method is set to auto. If thats not enough, right click your internet connection and click repair.

It may be rejecting your IP (banned.)
The username AND password may be capital sensitive.
You're using the wrong host. (some.com may point to 12.34.56.78, but it won't accept connections unless you use the IP, or ftp.some.com, even if it does go to the same IP)
You could just be using the wrong host altogether.
Or maybe your firewall is messing something up.
