Okay.. So I forgot my password for a website at my school, and now I can't submit my work, but I can if I bring a flash drive to school tomorrow.

But I open it and I get the below image. Can I just delete all this? Just want to make sure it isn't the flash drive's innards I am deleting.

Right click > Format.
It's nothing serious in those.

My flash drive doesn't have any files other than the ones that I put in it(such as games & homeword). That or they're just hidden. Not quite sure :S

Just leave it, and hide your hidden folders.

Why do you want to delete anything? Just place your work in there.
