I did some digging ad found this though:

therealelpacco on XFire also used the Penguin avatar that RSX drew. Another tip-off.

I also traced him to his Deviantart Profile, ~elpacco. Further proof that elpacco is indeed Tommy Lubenow. LOL; kickass name, Elpacco.

UPDATE:
Dug through a certain site.
Discovered Elpacco's dad's name, middle initial, age, and his brother's name.
Elpacco has asked me not to share this with you, but he has confirmed that I am correct.
