i asked befor what is a debugger but last time some stupid admin banned me for "spaming" and called me a cunt.. and i never got any help

so i'll try again...

what is this "debugger" and how will it help me hack stuff?

You can get that answer with Google
Debugger

Best one i use is OllyDbg, it can do alot of stuff, reverseing, hacking, editing stuff without the source and lots more.
