i don't understand why people care if something is "monotone"
not everything needs to be a rainbow >_> this is an example of how staying to shades of a single color can be good.

but in all seriousness, white part under name (Left bottom) is too empty. THe yellow lines around him are trying to look good, but it just feels odd. And i know you can add depth to this. There's a lot you can do to make it better, but it's ok

it's a personal thing, but i think it would look better if you made it shorter.
Reduce height a little =0
This is just a thing i have against tall sigs, so never mind me >_>
