I tried booting TinyXP off my flash drive, but it said that the drive could not be booted or something.
So I tried burning it to a CD and booting from CD drive, same error.
I think I'm doing something wrong, can someone help me out?

Yes i can, Get wintoflash the program, it is an incredibly easy program used for making a bootable flash drive.
