It makes everything look so clean and shiny. The white noise soothes your mind, and then the cold breeze from moving water adds on to the whole relaxing experience.

i prefer rainy days over sunny days.

Sunny days are too "irritating" while rainy days tend to be more easy going.

guess it has to do with personality =/

Rain relaxes me, but it depends on the temperature. If it's raining, but it's cold as fuck, that's a no no.
