I have made a small script in autohotkey which needs to give CE focus change some values to saved addresses then return to the program CE is attached to and do some more changes. However, as soon CE gets focus all MouseMove, Click, Send etc. events from autohotkey are getting ignored yet when I return focus to the other program they go through fine.

It seems CE does someting that blocks these events getting through, but I have no idea what. Anyone else had this problem and any idea on how to get around it?
