What is a good program for making them? I'm currently studying them in Maths and interested in making my own.

After talking to Viral on msn he was unsure of whether this will do what I want it to, I want to be able to enter complex sets and see what it generates. (Eg Julia sets and mandelbrot sets.)

Not exactly a program dedicated to Fractals, but After Effects can make them, I've never done it before so I'm not sure what exactly you'd need, here's a screenshot of all the options.

| Paint.NET comes with a Fractals plugin; you may try experimenting with that.
