Illustrator for the 3d text. Photoshop for the effects. Font is "Industrial Schizophrenic." Resolution is 1600x1200. It can be resized if anyone wants a different size. Multi-screen is available too.

| It says "ce" don't you you mean "CEF" for cheatengine forums?

Yeah, but "Cheatengine" doesn't mean anything aexcept for that archaic program that is only more useful than trainers in really special circumstances. "CEF" means this epic forum.

'Archaic', eh? This site was originally created to be a support section for CE. CheatEngine is the only reason this forum exists in the first place and just because you do not know how to use CE does not mean it is archaic.
I like the background but I never realised illustrator supported 3D text. :S
