| Try usuing Opera or Chrome, if it does happens again, it's probably your Win7 files.

Hero you seem to be the only person in CEF with a Windows 7 Probem. Reformat is the best solution.

My system's been working fine ever since I upped the volts on my CPU a bit (BSODs when rendering videos). It's been fine for me ever since. Windows 7 is stable all around.
I doubt Windows 7 is the issue, although an incompatible driver (or another software issue) can go far enough to BSOD your system. It's probably hardware though, but it might not be your RAM (although that's your best bet if you had to point a finger at something).

Plenty of pleople have BSOD's for plenty of different reasons. Some such as wrong drivers, viruses etc...
You have lots of problems. Your the only one here who has a problem and I give you a possible solution and you call me a dumb ass, your the one who can't run a copy of Windows, your the one with the problems... So don't call me a dumb ass...
If you don't want to format because you don't want too lose your Data then back it up on USB Thumb drive/ External HDD.

There are better ways to fix a problem then reformatting. Ive removed firefox and all registries and reinstalled it to see if that helps. I've had no BSOD errors using chrome. The only other thing that could cause it is PIDGIN messenger which i doubt and i had unlocker which doesnt seem to work on windows 7 and i just removed it. I tried to learn how to debug mini dump files but i cant seem to get it going.
The problem has to be more then just ram or corrupt OS files. Reformatting is not the only solution and I hate when people constantly tell others to do it. |
Ok i think i found the issue. PIDGIN multi messenger. Its known to BSOD win7 pro, and it could possible do it to ultimate.
The only 3 things running every time ive BSOD'd was FF pidgin and eset 4 internet security.
If anyone has any ideas post please.

I think the logical thing would be to try it without pidgin...?

I have never BSOD'd with it off so. I literally found a video where a guy bsod'd from it with the IRQL error. So ive set it to run in winxp sp3 and see if that helps. Im also gonna use chrome for a few days and see how it goes.
