Whats the best language I should start to learn thats pretty much usable in anything? Also whats the best IDE for it? I was thinking either C++ or Java but theres so many compilers I just wasn't sure Thanks for your time.

Just get Visual Studio and be done with it
C or C# would be a good place to start

Alright thanks, I saw C sharp's syntax seemed similar to that of Flashes, but not to sure of C. I am downloading this atm, is that correct?
Edit: I'm downloading C++ atm, I will also download C# and VB.

Yes this is correct.
Please god don't get VB, C# is much cleaner of a language if you are just starting. VB's only worth is if you are maintaining some legacy crap

Alright thanks dude, I download the C languages, now I after I become familiar with C language would it be best to start with Java?
I'll be starting with sharp, the syntax seems familiar to that of ActionScript. C++ seemed difficult o.O
Edit:I got rid of that stuff, I'm downloading http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/en-us/products/2010/default.mspx.

Java's syntax is very similar to C/c++
But i wouldn't say learn C++ then move to Java. Learn one or the other and stick to it.
I'm not a big C# fan because of .net
