Cheat Engine

Hi all.

I am sitting at my school where i dont have administrative privileges.

I just want to ask if any of you, would zip the installed CE, so that i can just unpack it. Smile

yes you can just unzip it and use it.
You do need write access to the harddisk.

But its an exe file ?

when ce is installed you can zip the folder (or just the ce exe).
and when you want to run it you just unzip it anywhere and run it.

you really need admin privaleges to use cheat engine properly,

on the limited usere account you have at school it will probably give access error reports because the proccesses will be proetcted from unauthorised access,
as well user accounts having limited write priveleges which is needed to make cheat changes to your games...

*****[edit] Tsearch probably will work if it is not blocked by your school, not as useful as cheat engine but an alternative that may work on a user account, just unzip and hide folder somewhere you can find it,, best to use your own computor for stuff tho as then there are no comebacks, cheating a game is innocent enough as long as it is not a real money game like online poker ect,, maybe if your just doing games like flash or pinball innocent games then maybe your tutors will get involved and give a a hand as well, always best to get them on board and interested, they will end up shoving you off the pc to cheat games themselves *****[/edit]
