when i download it then it says error at extracting archive try downloading CS3 again i already downloaded it 5 times whats wronge?

Try getting a legit copy perhaps?
If it's from the official site there WON'T be a problem.

On the other hand, if you are, it's not downloading properly, make sure your internet isn't dropping out.
