There is a gossip in my country that tokek (Indonesian medium lizard) can cure HIV.
Many illegal man has steal or buy a tokek from indonesia to research it on their country. They buy it from indonesia cause its country have a large number of that animal and also it can be buy in low price.

Actually cats(Lion's and stuff) have evolved into being "immune" against AIDS so if we could use some of the DNA from cats we could make a cure(for it)/vaccination against it too.

You are correct, I heard about this on the news, also I think it was just 30%.
