I CAN NOT BOOT WINDOWS DAMMIT. I need to make a partition so i can install windows 7 without loosing my xp os

its still downloading the stupid thing. Is there a way to just install windows 7 and not lose the files i have installed to xp? It says i have to upgrade it from inside windows and i cant.
