I don't even have one, I want to get one but I want to know if I can jailbreak it or not, if I cant I'm getting a 2g.

no, at this time it is not possible to jailbreak ipod touch 3g but it does contain the same boot exploit as the 2nd one so it should be possible in the near future.

I heard you could jailbreak the 3G 8GB one since they had not changed much of it. But for the 32 and 64GB you can't jailbreak it yet.

Yes, you can. Just make an internet search "Jailbreak Ipod touch" , you will find tons of sotwares.
