I have to get up every weekday at 6:00. In order for me to get sufficient sleep, I need to sleep at 10 the night before. In that case, is it necessary for me to sleep earlish everyday? Or, as long as I sleep at 10 on Sunday, is it okay for me to stay up until 12, 1, 2, etc. on Friday & Saturday?

You can adapt to that but it is ideal for maintaining circadian rythms if you go to bed at the same time every night.
A big reason stuff like coffee is popular is you can take it on a monday morning when you're tired because your rythms are off, be active all day, and then you'll more likely get to sleep on time since you woke up when you wanted to.
It doesn't always happen though, especially if you get too much mental stress and too little physical activity to tucker you out.

I wake up everyday at 5:30 for formation, and rack out at about 10-11.
You just gotta get used to it and you'll be fine.

Ideally you should maintain as regular a cycle as possible, messing with your circadian rhythm can have bizarre effects and more often than not make you feel like horse shit.
Maybe it wont affect you too much now, but it will more likely than not catch up with you sooner or later. I will almost always get a migraine if I break my pattern of sleep.

I had a migraine ever day when school was over. Except for mondays.
