After the time was changed, I played some MMORPG game,
After sometime, it disconnected and my pc restarted,
After the boot up finish, my welcome screen changes to different language/symbol(which i don't understand).
It looks like this :

I said i reformatted and i did't change any settings or touch it

This was unneeded, and simply wrong. However you are slightly on the right track.
Your Tahoma font was simply overwritten by a different font with the same name.
Download this and extract the .ttp file to %SystemRoot%\Fonts and overwrite the existing file, restart and it should be okay.

| Looks like you have what i call a fun virus. It just messes with stuff for fun. google eset online scanner and run it.
